(Dont click on the tool bar and stop, drag it immediately - to not show it's own properties instead of the Workspace in the top right)
There is another node called toolbars under the workspaces, expand it and drag the Object Snap tool bar from there to tho node in top right In the contents area you'll see a node called tool bars, with nothing inside (or without the object snap toolbar)
The contents of this work space will appear in the top right area, and it's properties in the bottom right. In the left top tree you'll see the work spaces including the new one (My_WS), select it. Make the new created work space your default (my workspace= My_WS), and check 'Automatically save workspace changes' Click on the same icon and choose settings. Click on the same icon and make the new workspace current. Click on icon like a gear in the bottom right corner of the screen, and 'Save current as' a new work space, and name it 'My_WS' for example.
